Due to the ongoing incursions of factory facilities on Telos by unknown parties, the production collective has introduced additional security safeguards for some production items.

From now until further notice, production of treaty limited equipment (Heavy Bombs, Manta fast jet aircraft) will require authorization from a regional control center.

Facility AI systems will now refuse to build Mantas or Heavy bombs unless the order comes from a source that has authorized access to one of the more secure regional control hubs.

I’ve got another set of changes read in Rev 1.6 Beta, Gone is the old EW system and some legacy code that was unused from a long while ago.

In is now a new challenge.

You will now have extra requirements to build some items. To build a Manta, you’ll not only need an Air chassis island (and blueprint) but you will also need to own a “Control” island.

On maps with more than 9 islands, you will see some islands highlighted with a yellow border on the inventory screen map.

If you try to order production of Mantas or Heavy Bombs but do not own one of these “Control” islands, you will not be able to submit the build order.
