Rev:1.5 has been out for a few days now. There were a few bugfixes right away. Some of these came out of the fact that it’s quite hard to test the effect of multiple teams and players, but they were easy to fix.
- Fixed “extra visible” units mistake
- I made a mistake in thinking “is_revealed()” was true if the unit was right now visible on radar or cameras. Turns out this true if it has ever at any time been on radar or camera, not right now.
- Removed the RZR middle fuel pod
- I initially allowed the Razorbill to carry an extra fuel tank, giving you two wing stores and fuel, but this really did seem OP. Giving nearly an hour of flight time.
- I went back to allowing fuel tanks on the wing stores (actually allowing two tanks) but also allowing the centre store to be used for the EW pod
- 30mm Rifle
- The “15mm” turret has been in the game for a long time. It’s almost useless but is better than nothing so I’ve allowed Seals to use it as a weapon of last resort. You can barely damage a Seal with one but they are still effective against landed aircraft and virus bots.
