Tricky’s 33 After Action Report

We saw a huge amount of air combat and missile defence. As well as the occasional unexpected torpedo. Team one commanded by Sage was the first to fall to team three’s long range air strikes. They withstood several waves of attack from both teams before the end. Team two were operating at extreme range and managed to find both the other teams and maintained a constant, relentless pressure in massed air attacks on team three.

Three crews faced off in this event. All had highly experienced command crews. In recent games logistics has become ever a key factor and this was no exception.

Towards the end, the 4 hour mark in the rear view mirror, fuel was becoming the limiting factor for the two remaining crews. With team two out of fuel and no way to capture a fuel island and team three on fumes but with no barge a truce was agreed between Bobcat and Trench.

This was one of my favourites, one of the most enjoyable games in a long time.
